CUSTOMERS assume the responsibility of any and all permits, zoning regulations, delivery access, and property damage that may occur upon delivery. Typical inventory sales will be delivered in 7-10 business days. Please expect a delivery expert to call you to schedule a few days prior. Please consult your local Authorized Dealer about possible additional delivery charges.

Floor
All buildings come with their own pressure treated floor system. 8' and 10' buildings have 2 4x6 notched runners with pressure treated floor joists 16" on center. All 12', 14', and 16' wide buildings have 4 runners. Floor decking is 5/8" pressure treated plywood fastened down with 3" hot dipped galvanized nails.
